Book on Maharashtra released at Indian Embassy

On 16 May, 2012, HE Mr. Ajai Malhotra, Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation, released the book “Death in Maharashtra: Imagination, Perception, Expression”, compiled, translated and edited by Dr. Irina Glushkova, an eminent Indologist and Marathi language expert at the Centre for Indian Studies, Institute of Oriental Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences.

 
Marathi legacy: bringing cultural riches closer to Russians

The Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Centre will host the presentation of the book "Death in Maharashtra: Imagination, Perception and Expression" created by the collective of authors headed by Doctor of historical sciences, Indologist Irina Glushkova. The event will take place at the D.P. Dhar hall in the Embassy of India in Moscow on May 16.

The participants at a Round-Table Discussion “New Term of Mr. Vladimir V.
